In X-Payments Cloud, the root administrator can delete the user accounts of other users. If you are the root admin and need to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. In the X-Payments Cloud standalone admin panel, go to the 'Users List' page (Settings -> Users).
  2. Find the user whose account you need to delete.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • On the 'Users List' page, click the button dropdown element opposite the user name and select the required action (Delete account) from the menu. Confirm the deletion.
    • Open the user account details for viewing/editing. On the page with the user account details, click the button dropdown element at the bottom of the page and select the required action (Delete account). Confirm the deletion.
